Noob Redguard. Lvl. 14. Just looking for some advice on finding good gear.

I'm a Redguard that leveled up to 14 and i was looking for some good gear (preferably enchanted) and was wondering if reddit might know some places to start looking. I use a sword in one hand and magic in the other with heavy armor and open to any advice.
