If SOPA passes, and Facebook shuts down, would all of the info we've put on FB disappear too?

I'm just thinking about how Facebook is coming back to bite us in the ass, with employers finding info and using it against their employees and like cases. If Facebook shuts down, would that problem disappear as well?
