[PC] Skyrim boots up but when I try to load/continue loads infinitely

I've tried using the 4gb loader and now the 1.3.10 patch, still wont load. My save file is about 10mb. I have a brand new HP Pavilion g6 with AMD Radeon HD graphics, and a quad-core AMD cpu, with 4gb of RAM. I've tried every fix I've found and no luck, and Bethesda is a bunch of ass-bags when it comes to customer suppoert. Please help me!
