Bioware Tech Support Is Awsome

So I was calling tech support and the guy saw my security question for favorite cartoon was my little pony frienship is magic and he was like "Holy crap you watch that too" but in a bussiness way and I was like: "Brohoof," and then my problem was resolved. Plus the fellow Brony gave me some awsome free pre-order only items after launch.

Game was SWTOR, BTW.
