How do I talk my friend out of suicide?

She's in a hospital bed right now. Her ex boyfriend just beat the living shit out of her and she had a miscarriage. He's in prison. She's too far for me to get to her. I'm texting her right now. I need help. She doesn't want all the shit in her life to go on anymore. I don't think she's in immediate danger, but her dad has just left her for her abusive mother, and I'm all she has. She keeps talking about letting go.
