I like to mess around with vectors in my spare time. Is there an art/paint app that has vectors?

I've been messing around with Sketchpad, which is fun, but I can't do some of the things I want to do on it, which is sad. :( I need an app with essentially photoshop-esque features. Sketchpad doesn't really cut it. I'm not sure if an app like that exists, but if it did that would be great. :D And if anyone knew of it's existence, it would be you guys. Any help is appreciated. <3
