Beginner here, looking for help on a voting system.

I just started working on a website that people in my grade will be able to go on to submit ideas for a senior prank. They will also be able to upvote and downvote the ideas like on reddit. I was wondering if anybody could point me to a simple way to accomplish this. I'm hoping to do the top voted submission. Thank you.
