Refunds with EA Games Question. Also, looking to sell my copy of Old Republic if EA can't help me.
A couple days back, I bought the Old Republic digital download. I wasn't able to test run the game due to there being no demo that I could find. I researched minimum requirements and I've reached them, barely. I tried to find forums on my exact make and model of laptop and video card and couldn't find anything great on that too...
I tried to get myself one thing for the holiday and I'm stuck with a frame rate of about 2 every 3 1/2 minutes.
The game runs poorly, and I'm calling EA to possibly try to refund the game. I see good links with customer service, however, I heard EA is a hit or miss.
Does anyone have any tips or pointers to help get the game refunded? Being the claim is highly based on my stupidity with the minimum system requirements, I feel EA isn't going to be so helpful. =/
Alas, if EA cannot refund the game for me, would anyone be interested in buying my key to The Old Republic?
I have paypal, I'm a fluent gamer and I'll prove my authenticity in any ways needed. The game totaled to 61 and change through Origin, a neighbor downloading site, and the money spent should of went to my bills. I haven't bought a new game in a while, especially a PC game, and I messed up on a holiday drunken chance, and am now broke as piss. I'll check this tomorrow and see if anyone is interested in buying my legit copy! Someone nice, please help!
P.S. This exclusive offer comes with a bonus level 2 Sith Warrior, one tough, but also fond of friendships and happy times!!! =D
Thanks guys!
