Does anyone know anything about this plane?

I live on Kaua'i and am on vacation this week. I spent some time today down at LIH and noticed this thing parked in the GA parking area. Any idea what it is or any info on it? https://picasaweb.google.com/jbertelson/CoolPlaneLIH1228?authuser=0&feat=directlink
