Computer wont boot after installing new cpu+cooler HELP

Swapped my old amd athlon out for the new amd fx quad core. Both are am3 socket. I also installed the coolermaster hyper 212+ cpu cooler and i had to remove the motherboard to do so. Hooked everything back up just fine, triple checked. Went to boot it up, all the fans started up and my gpu had power but no display, no beeps. So i removed the ram, still didnt work. Reset the cmos by taking the battery out for 15 min. Still same thing. So i decided to reseat the cpu and see if that would fix it. It didn't.

So then i removed my video card and ram to see if i could at least get it to beep. Now i get no power at all, it wont even start. Wtf? Please help.
