I've become atheist lately, and now all i can think about is how unimportant my life is in the grader scale of things. It kind of makes me not want to try to do anything with my life because i know it will ultimately matter for nothing. These thoughts bug me almost as much as when i was a christian thinking about "eternity". I just want to know how i can stop these thoughts. I guess what i lost with my religion was the "comfort" of life after death.
Tl;DR I'm not thinking positively, how can i stop, and what should i do?
