Getting frustrated...

This has been a great game, but I'm already getting bored with it.

It's not because the style of the game is off, it's just that I spend more time frustrated with dumb things happening that should have been fixed by now. My biggest problem is that there's just absolutely no team balance. Nothing will drive me out of a server faster than one team completely dominating the other. I don't like it from either statdpoint...

However, when I join another server the same thing is happening. It seems as though the same thing happens every time - one team is destroying the other, the other starts losing people, then autobalance occurs... people get pissed they were autobalanced to half empty losing team and leave too... blam the server is dead. Over and over and over. Today I joined five servers in two hours and had this happen every single time.

Of course it's not just that... it's the people who come in to a team-oriented game and play like it's COD running around trying to get the best KDR and be the least relevant sniper to ever grace the scoreboard. It's also frustrating dealing with some of the maps - like Wake Island in particular - where controlling the airfield is essentially the only thing you need to do to win. Oh and of course there's the fun bug that makes me want quit playing every time I see it - when someone leaps over an object and magically teleports 10 yards.

Really, it's just getting far too frustrating to try and play a game based so heavily around teamwork where people have so little ability to coordinate or attempt anything more complex than running around shooting blindly toward where they assume the enemy is. The lack of voice communication or really even reasonable communication does everything possible to inhibit any chance of teamwork as well. I think that I'm going to take a break from it for a while and hope maybe things get better. It's getting old quitting not because I have something important to do, but because I'm just tired of dealing with dumb problems that are ruining what could really be a good experience.

Feel free to disagree with me all you want, I'm just explaining to those that listen what is making a good game turn bad.

tl;dr - Stupid aspects of BF3 frustrate me to the point that I don't want to play anymore
