Changing league settings after the draft?

So this league I'm in just got done drafting and I feel I had a great draft. But right after the draft is done, the commish, changes a couple settings. Gets rid of one setting, and adds Turnovers. What sucks is that I drafted westbrook 1st round....(5th overall), turnover machine. Which totally kills my #1 pick. You could argue that all top players esp PGs are just as turnover prone, but fucking westbrook turns the ball over like there's no tomorrow. I'm fucking pissed, but not like I can complain since I autodrafted my first 2 picks since our commish didnt even tell me we were drafting til he called me and said, "uhhh you're in right?". Anyways, I'm just fucking venting cuz I thought I had an awesome draft and now I'm just mad
