Kill death ratio and levels

Hi everyone, I just had a quick question, which may require some research. I was wondering, on average, does KDR naturally go up with levels? I was trying to compile a regression on rank and kd on the rank list for PS3. But, the spacing is weird and my excel is too weak to do it. I want to see if KDR around level 30-40 are about the same of those around 60-70. In other words, do high levels dictate high kdr? I was having a discussion with my brother and I do not think so.
