My gun's shooting to strong ):

So yeah, i went to a field that has a 1.4J (idk why they don't use fps) restriction on weapons. I was shooting 420fps on 0.25g bbs. If i swap to 0.28 or 0.3g bbs, it would lower the fps but would it lower the Joules?
