Reminder: A minor leaguer is any player that has not yet exhausted rookie eligibility. That is, a player who could theoretically win Rookie of the Year for 2012. Just because your guy might be heading back to AAA in April does not necessarily qualify him to be picked here.

Conversely, just because your guy is all but guaranteed a starting job in the majors in April does not necessarily DISqualify him to be picked here.

For the sake of any trades on the immediate horizon, your player must be on your team as of the time of this posting. So if Bryce Harper gets traded tomorrow, he still counts as a National for our purposes.
