What are the best places to live to date/meet girls?

I just finished an internship in a god forsaken suburb and about to go on a trip. I've always had a real hard time meeting girls so after my trip, I want to try and move to a location where there are a good amount of young people so I can expand my social circle and find girls to date.

Does anyone know what kind of location is best? As in cities, hubs within cities, etc.
