What's a new anime in the vein of Clannad or 5 cm/s or Myself; Yourself?

Essentially, I want a slice of life anime that will make me baw but still provide heartwarming/comedic moments here and there. I absolutely loved Clannad to death, and having rewatched it recently, I want more. Has there been any new anime that's come out within the past two or three years similar to it? Don't suggest anything that's been released before 2009; I've probably watched it already.
