Best aftermarket cooler that will fit in a HAF 912?

Whats the best aftermarket cooler that will fit in the HAF 912? I need to get one as my i5 2400 with a small overclock hits the low 90's under load. I would like 30 dollars to be about the breaking point of my budget.
