1200-1300 looking for team/coop

I just recently started in ranked, I'm currently about 1200, but I think I'm better than that level (had a couple troll teammates and some feeders in my few games so far). Looking for a team or coop partner. Only stipulation is no assholes/whiners/etc.

I like to play ranged AD or AP (Graves, Nid, etc.) My summoner name is LingBling.
