Please help my mom! I heard an author interview on NPR sort of recently with a man whose mother died in the hospital because of a mistake and instead of suing the hospital he headed up their safety task force or something and devoted his life to helping prevent similar mistakes from happening again.

Anyway, he wrote a book (with his wife?) and he also talked about how a lot of doctors don't know that mixing acid reflux medication and Tylenol PM or other sleep medication can cause memory loss. This is happening with my mom and I need more info on it so I can help her. I can't remember the name of the book or the author and I can't find it on NPR website. Maybe it was some other talk radio but normally the station is always on NPR in my car. Or if you could point me in the direction of information that would be pertinent I would be very grateful.
