Exploit without console or mods to get unlimited arrows of any kind!

Alright, all you need is 1 arrow of the best you have. I got Daedric arrows somehow(only 11, forget how) and now I have 200+ after ~15 minutes. Go to the square by the castle dour in Solitude, in front of that big staircase. A guard will continuously be shooting arrows at one of the targets. Now, wait until 7PM with the wait command, and then wait(sans the command, just actually sit around and do nothing) until 8PM sharp. Then, the man will pack up and start walking into the castle dour(he may still have his quiver/bow equipped, you may have to follow him all the way to his room until he starts sleeping). Reverse pickpocket/place that 1 awesome arrow you have, then pickpocket all of his steel arrows. Now, wait until the next day(I haven't figured out what time he comes out) and he'll start shooting your special arrows. Sit around with a laptop or something and simply watch him shoot arrows at it. I'm not sure whether or not the arrows disappear after a certain amount of time or not, so I go and grab all of them every couple of minutes. This goes on until, as I said earlier, 8. Either wait until morning again, or if you're satisfied with the amount of arrows you have, then be on your way!

I'll repost this tomorrow with a throw away at a more reasonable time if this doesn't get upvoted to help you guys out.

N.B. He resets after a few weeks, so you'll have to rinse and repeat eventually

Unrelated question: I need Daedra hearts. Is there anywhere I can find Dremora to kill that respawn often? Or, is there a way to get fire/frost/void salts, or daedra hearts from Daedra I summon?

tl;dr wait until the guard in solitude, who shoots arrows all day, starts going to bed. pickpocket his arrows and reverse pickpocket 1 kickass arrow. Next day he'll be shooting that kickass type of arrow all day at the target, free for your taking.
