Decking out my new Blackberry Curve 8350i

Hey everyone,

I just recently upgraded from a Curve 8350i to a Curve 8350i!!!!

Yup, same phone but apparently updated OS--which was not available for my old phone, even though I checked multiple times for new versions. These improvements are (semi) legit:

• Now it's more of a hassle to login to WiFi networks!

• Customize your home screen via your theme (actually happy about this except that it fails at what it's suppose to do, such as displaying unread messages and missed calls)

• Better uninstall interface

• New SMS handling (BBIM-esque) but not reflected on MMS--which Nextel uses MMS exclusively :(

• Overall better file searching and handling

I've downloaded some of the apps I used to have on my old phone:

• Google Search

• Google Maps

• Google Talk

• Google Sync

• Twitter

I used to have Google Mail as an app but Google decided to drop support for the Blackberry. All I have is a shitty web interface (I'll post my rant on r/google soon enough). Does anyone have a clear solution to this? I'm a big fan of being able to navigate multiple inboxes and archive/tag-as-spam emails as they start coming in.

I'm also looking to getting a theme that would display on my home screen the following:

• Upcoming calendar events

• Tasks

• Messages (I would need these to be MMS, but I doubt anyone has ever coded any specific theme for this so the standard messages list would suffice--it would also catch missed calls and voicemail, which is a plus)

I doubt there is a better browser out there (bolt is out of the question, I personally think it sucks on this phone) but I would appreciate it if I got linked to alternative BB browsers.

Uhm, and I don't know what other apps would help increase my productivity but I'm open to suggestions.

Mucho thanks in advance
