Need some help and/or advice

I'm home visiting from school. When I was at school I went 3 weeks without porn or fapping, and it was getting easier. Now that I'm home I've messed up several times, and I'm not sure why being home is so different. I know it's not the amount of down time I have, so I can't figure it out.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.
