"Nielsen is a 71-year-old retired plumber from Kenosha, which falls within Ryan's district."

... I found him on whitepages.com I think:

http://www.whitepages.com/name/Tommy-I-Nielsen/Kenosha-WI/4zh7imv

It says 65+ ... and in Kenosha...

Tommy I Nielsen (262) 654-3644 6427 22nd Ave Kenosha, WI 53143-4850

I'm going to call him tomorrow morning... Please no one call him this late at night because it's about 2:30 - 3AM there right now.

Apparently there were 17 protesters there at the time.
