F-18C AIM-9X doesn't stops working

I was practicing in the DACT Gauntlet mission for the F-18 and at one point the AIM-9X stopped functioning. The tones where no longer present when selected and it wouldn't lock or fire. I wasn't hit by anything either. Did I break it by pulling too many Gs? Is there a way to fix it mid flight?
