Here are people who have donated to Paul Ryan. If we start by making the statement that we will boycott his supporters due to his ideas regarding NDAA/SOPA/PIPA, we can use his lobbyists against him. Let's target those whom have little vested interest in those policies, the insurance companies and investment firms.

Here is the message I have been sending (I signed as Operation Pull Ryan):

There is an active campaign against Paul Ryan (R-WI), to whom you have donated to. Paul Ryan supports NDAA, SOPA, and PIPA, which all will irreversibly limit the freedom of United State citizens. We ask that you pull your support of Paul Ryan as well. While we understand that you support him due to his specific political beliefs that may apply to your organization, his views on freedom of speech and civil rights are unforgivable. Please reconsider your role in his political career and stop future donations.
