Screen flicker problem

Hello, so on Premiere Pro 2021 whenever I enable, GPU Acceleration my screen just flickers in Premiere and it also applies for all the other editing softwares that use GPU Acceleration I have tried a lot of stuff but I can't seem to get rid of it, disabling GPU Acceleration makes it not flicker but my editing experience is way less smooth and the render times seem to get worse when not using GPU Acceleration.

My specs are:

RX 5600 XT

Intel I7-9700K

16GB Ram DDR4

OS: Windows 10 version "20H2"

They are not the greatest specs but I don't think that they are causing the problem would really need some help thank you!
