Retail may own 300% of the float

Just some food for thought. The non-broker votes are suspiciously low, 7.3 million compared to over 20 million last year. Assuming the non-broker votes actually stayed constant and this 7.3 million was a result of the votes being normalized, which seems likely considering how close the reported votes are to the float, retail may own the float three times over. Thoughts?
