Black screen and comes back after few seconds

It started happening today. What I already tried?

• Enter in safe mode, uninstall all NVIDIA drivers and make a clean install of the latest version (466.77) (I was running either 466.47 or 466.63).
• sfc /scannow
• dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

When I was installing the latest nvidia driver (466.77) with GeForce Experience I got BSOD mid installation, I tried it twice before going to safe mode, uninstalling and making a clean install. The BSOD had this error: "nvlddmkm.sys".

I also have Nvidia Broadcast installed.

My graphics card is a RTX 2070.

And got it again while writing this post.

I noticed there's a new version available here (466.79) that's not yet available on GeForce Experience. I tried to install it and surprise surprise, I got BSOD mid installation with this error: this error: "nvlddmkm.sys"
