Gilbert let LeBron hire all his guys, let him control when the team would fly to and from games, throw tons of money at scrubs like Hughes and Jones and Marshall, build the practice facility 10 mins away from his huge house in Bath Township (affluent area adjacent to Akron and totally out of the way from where all the players typically live) - basically whatever he wanted so he’d resign the max and dude took a 3 year extension and then bounced because the Cavs had no cap and no assets by doing every short-sighted thing to appease the King.

What picks? They had the 30th the year before he left and took Christian Eyenga. They traded picks to get Wally Sczerbiak, Jamison, etc. The cabinet was completely bare when he left and they were over the cap.

I've always found it funny that for as much as Cuban says he hates Trump, they are the exact same dude.

Donnie might have quit before he was fired, but Rick definitely quit. And according to Timmy Mac on the Lowe Post, his feeling that Rick was having to let Bob dictate on court decisions was the main source of their conflict.
So basically Cato's report appears to be completely accurate. They all hate Bob. He ruined Donnie and Rick's professional experience, and Luka probably wants him gone or he'll bounce.
That said...if Donnie quit then Rick quit then what does that tell you what Cuban is telling them?
