Will I have to redo insulation

Everybody,

I currently live in illinois, I bough my home last fall, and I was wondering if I need to re-insulate the home. Its a single story, cement basement no carpet. currently the temp outside is 90-93. The house is currently at 78 degrees, and I'm not using the AC or anything all day. Trying to determine if the insulation is enough or should I think about getting this done.
