Red dots on both arms

Hello, for almost two-three years I have very small red dots on my arms (only arms) that do not fade with pressing . I used to liken them to petechiae, but when I looked at the photos of petechiae online, I saw that the ones I had were not very similar to the ones in the photo. The red dots on me look more like small moles. When I shine a light on my arm from the side, I see that these red spots are raised like moles. About a 2 year ago, I went to the doctor and showed them, and he suspected lymphocyte leukemia. I did a few detailed blood tests and the results came out very normal ( especially the platelet level). After the tests, we did not find the opportunity to talk to the doctor much, but when the tests were normal, the doctor did not pay much attention. After all this, I tried not to worry about these dots, but I also know that petechiae can be a harbinger of important diseases. Do they look like petechiae? Any ideas?
