How the hell did you get your first sale?

I’ve been at it for a week now, store launched and everything. Forked out $200 for Google ads, another $50 for YouTube ads, and another $100 for promoting TikTok and Instagram posts. I get 500 visitors to my store every day for the past few days, but no sales. My website is Helios-gadgets.com.

Am I doing something wrong? According to the Shopify stats only 2 people have ever reached checkout out of my 2000 visitors and the both of them didn’t go through with the purchase. To any of you successful dropshippers out there, how did you get your first sale? I would love to know
