CCA sick call
I’ve been a CCA for 6 years, finally got the opportunity to carry mail in my hometown about a year an a half ago (ironically right before they announced 24 months of relative standing CCA’s would be converted to PTF) I’m pretty regular in attendance. This is only the second time I’ve called in sick in a whole year. One of my coworkers called me when they got off saying how pissed off management was because they had to call in an ODL carrier and turn the brand new CCA loose on her own today. I’ve never really had any problems with management in this office yet. Do they have any foot to stand on when it comes to discipline when I come back to work? I won’t actually be interacting with my postmaster (the one who is supposedly very pissed at me) until Monday. Tomorrow was my NS day and never received a text/call saying that was changed. Thanks for any and all input!
