Pretty sure the King Cobra Hold is in the game already as a ground move. To make it as a standing front grapple, you could try linking:

There was a New Japan performer in the early to mid 90's(if i remember correctly) who did a very similar move called the "King cobra clutch" named Shinjiro Otani.

Honestly, it was quite a tough one for me. You've got to pick a grounded position you like, a takedown you like, and then set submission loops (which can be really tricky the first few times you approach it.) My favourite bit is tweaking the animations manually by individually moving parts around. Takes ages, but I enjoy it. 

For this move, the really hard bit was making sure the animation and positioning lined up as the opponent and defender roll into the submission. I'd recommend choosing a different takedown than I did, because this was really fiddly!

If you're brand new, I'd recommend starting not by creating new moves, but by just adding little tweaks to existing moves. Add or change a taunt before a move, modify a move to make it more like how a particular wrestler does 

Looking for tips and general advice in terms of the movecfaft dlc for PS4. I would like to try my hand at crafting a standing transition to ground cobra clutch that moves into a hybrid cobra clutch/camel clutch ground submission.

To me, since I'm very new to movecraft, this is a nice idea but probably overly ambitious. To those of you who've been doing this for years, it could just as easily be as simple as could be.

So, to those of you who play around with movecraft all the time, how big of a project am I really looking at? And, if you have any advice on how to achieve that envisioned move, please feel free to give it.
