I doubt a publicly traded company, that was recently acquired by another major company in Europe will admit a possibly major security breach to a restaurant owner. I'd get that in writing.

Actually, GH today acknowledged that their system was being hacked! It's happening in several states.

The driver is marking the orders delivered so they can get paid without doing the actual work, then accept another order to do it again You should call Grubhub the next time that happens and report it.

Maybe it’s possible I was doing postmates and they sold themselves to Uber and now I know they are still advertising as postmates and etc but use Uber drivers. I was forced to make an account with Uber ! Could be the competition has enough money and they want to remove any more competitors pretty soon they will be able to raise prices or lower wages if this happens!

Writing from a restaurant... we've had several orders this week where the app shows the order was picked up from us and delivered, but no driver ever actually showed up. When you call the number for the driver, it's either disconnected or a phone number of some random person in another state. Anyone know anything about this? Some kind of scam? TIA!

Has GrubHub been hacked?
