Nai Palm has so much technical vocal prowess she can make a whole track out of one phrase. Sucks that you cant appreciate how jazzy her voice is!

Hey man the album hasn’t really quite done it for me either but you don’t need to just bring your negativity into every space. If you don’t like it that’s fine. People have different taste. But this is just unnecessary.
Criticisms are one thing but when you phrase your “criticism” like this it doesn’t help build a conversation about the music it’s just combative and aggressive.
Its called a joke. You're not the bloody mood police, jesus christ
Pretty bad joke tbh. Plus it’s not like they didn’t have duds in CYW. I mean Atari is 90% just the word Atari. There’s still no reason to be an asshole just because you didn’t get what you wanted from this album.
I did see your thread about criticisms and I do think that’s a much better way to talk about the album. Hopefully people stop just downvoting it because they disagree but this is Reddit so I doubt it.
You know that meme "society if x didn't happen". X in this case is if people on the internet didn't micro police every nothing situation with a highly strung morality 👍. Hope you find your church
If you think music should be about making complex vocal lines then you know nothing about music.
Seriously, some of the best grooves are the ones that repeat and settle in the pattern they've already laid the groundwork for. This is one of those-- it shines because they hit the right sound.
Seriously channeling their inner Erykah Badu on this track (reminds me a ton of Didn't Cha Know).
