Insurance covered parts?

Who has had luck getting pump parts covered by insurance? Did you go through a DME dealer? Do they negotiate for you?

This is a privileged statement but if I have to spend hours on the phone to with insurance to save $20, it’s not be worth my very valuable free time with my baby & toddler!
