almost divine now, is it weird that i still think im trash at this game?

Fluff

currently at about 80% towards divine 1 but i still feel like me and most people in my game make the most stupid mistakes constantly and play bad, id never call myself good at this game, does this feeling continue up until immortal i wonder?

Unless you win TI there is always a reason to feel trash

Even some OG players are feeling trash this season even tho they won TI twice

For an average pub player its a nice achievement tho.

The feeling never ends. Its a side effect of being human. However, the data says you are like top 10% of player base so grats!

This shows that you have a massive growth mentality which is excellent

This is the opposite of the guys who are stuck at 1.8k and complain that the so called trench is what is holding them back

I have your mindset even in real life endeavors, I think one should always strive to be better and constructively criticize yourself. This does not mean you are defeatist, and you do not need to be dissatisfied (thinking you are trash).

Divine is the perfect rank. Not too long queue times. But not too low mmr so ur team doesnt cooperate. Unless theres buyers/smurfs/and throwers in ur game. Mby thats the case for sea server

Depends who you compare yourself to. Divine player is trash compared to Immortal unranked player and Immortal unranked player is trash compared to top 1000 players and so on.

You'll always feel like that honestly. It's the nature of competitive games.

I think maybe take a break as a refresh so that when you come back you can have a new mental so you look at anything you did bad and you try fix them :)

At div5 I still feel trash at the game I doubt that'll change if I were to push for immortal. You run into people daily that seem better than you cause they're having a good game and it's a constant reminder that you can always be better XD

Everyone starts trash at this game making 99% of mistakes and doing 1% of things right (usually realising which Ancient they're supposed to hit.)

As you keep rising you do more good stuff and less bad stuff.

You can get to 4-5k while still making a bunch of mistakes. By then, you're probably a pretty good player, but scratching out those mistakes (Like those times you lazily miss last hits while pushing because we all do it) will pay off over a course of games.

GL getting to Divine though!
