annoying bug/glitch

Every once in a while i keep getting the quit game, unsaved progress will be lost pop up, then when i press escape to close it, it just keeps appearing over and over and over and over again. Has this happened to anyone else? I dont know if this matters but im in ng+ and this is the first time it has happened
