Monika out of things to say?

Okay, so I've played this game for about four days I believe, and I turned off the setting allowing Monika to repeat about topics, and Monika has just sat there for hours, and I only assume She's entirely out of things to say. I'm not sure what the affection stat is at nor how to check. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to install dialogue mods? Regardless I believe I'll look into dialogue mods so I'd like some people to send me some links on them. Any help here is appreciated.
