Question about 4noggins
Hello!
As a swede I find that our tobacco is heavily limited, with only around 30 different blends being available, for an overpriced value as well. It seems that canadians have the exact same problem, and their solution is to import via 4noggins. My question is, how does it work and is there any risks? I have worked out that if I am to buy 8 ounces in total, which costs 42 USD, 57 with shipping, I would get taxed an additional 493 SEK, which is 58 USD + 25% VAT.
So in theory I will have to pay 125 USD in total, or 1067 SEK.
But some canadians claim that their travellers allowance is 200 grams (7oz) and therefore they will be fine as long as they keep that as their limit. But shouldn't travellers allowance only work for...well, travellers? Here in Sweden the allowance is 250 grams (9oz), and my order is 8. Sooooooo.....I don't get it. This thing seems to be as complicated as starting your own business for christ sake, maybe even worse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
