What to do with a company

I've just come into a 3 star DA, I don't have any management perks or any experience running a company and it's short a few employees rn. What would be best to do with it. If I sell what is it worth and how do I advertise it effectively/find a buyer. If I keep it how do I find good employees and turn a profit/grow. If you have any advice this noob would love to hear it.
