Tips to survive in hot desert in Solar Project

Hello Brothers, I just got sponsored by Milco to work on the Athos 2 Solar Project in Desert Center. Any tips to survive in the hot sun? I have a great career and I will not fuck it up. Im from Compton. Most likely I will stay out there.
