Summer binder pain

So we’re having a super bad heat wave here and today it was 122 degrees Fahrenheit. I wore my binder (I’m enby, not quite FTM but thought you would appreciate) and went for a run. My dumb self got heat exhaustion and to make matters worse, said binder was black and absorbing so much heat. Please be safe during the heat
