Question about Autohotkey for pressing CTRL or SHIFT with mouse buttons

Hey everyone!

I have a quick question about AHK: is it allowed to use it to bind a mouse button to CTRL or SHIFT? It would allow me to use my 2nd and 3rd skills bars way easier in fights (with mouse's side buttons).

I know that automated keys presses are forbidden, but what about key rebinding like this?

Thanks in advance, see ya!
