Primal Fear, Eternal, or both?

Never really played one of the overhaul mods. Always stuck with QoL mods and such. I've been looking into the current popular ones and can't narrow it down between Primal Fear or Eternal. Any tips on which one to choose or both? Was leaning towards doing both, but for the life of me cannot figure out how to balance the spawns between the two mods and the proper load order with all of the expansion mods.
