How do I disassemble this?

I bought the Epomaker EP84 as my first custom, and I was trying to disassemble it. There doesn’t appear to be any screws and I think the plate is integrated or sandwiched between the top and bottom housing. I do see some latches on the bottom but I don’t know how to open them up.
