Can I Delete a Spotify Premium Account If I Don't Have Access To The Account, But My Credit Card Is The Card Being Charged?

For Christmas, I told my brother he could use my name and credit card for 6 months of Spotify Premium. The problem is, I don't have access to his account, and we don't really talk much or get along really well. Is it possible to somehow stop doing the payments through my credit card?
